For more than 50 years theatre has been the heart of St. Johns, Michigan. Who would guess that a small town with a population of a little more than 7,500 people is the home to one of the most successful theatre programs in Michigan? The program has produced professional stage managers, actors, and writers. It has won 13 MIFA State Theatre Championships, a MIFA Forensic Duo State Championship and has had multiple Sutton Foster Award Nominees.
Getting the SJ Theater and Forensics Booster off the ground has been something talked about for years and we are proud to have made it a reality! We received our EIN in February of 2023, appointed our first board , approved Bylaws, and received our 501 (c)(3) all in March of 2023!
